VMWare Workstation – Increase boot screen delay
Sometime it can be very difficult to get into the boot screen from an Virtual Machine.
You can change the timeout for this boot screen in the *.vmx configuration file.
This file should be present in the root directory from your Virtual Machine.
Just open the file with your prefered editor and change or add the following line of code:
bios.bootdelay = 5000
This will add an delay from 5 seconds.
F2 = Bios Setup | F12 = Boot Options
